Mr. Ripplinger joined Imaflex in 2016 and oversees all Corporate Affairs activities, most importantly providing overall guidance for Imaflex’s investor relations and communications functions. He serves as principal interface with the financial community and is responsible for increasing Imaflex’s profile and visibility in the capital markets, enhancing investor understanding of the Company’s value proposition and building strong, long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
Mr. Ripplinger brings over 25 years of financial experience, holding positions in such areas as Investor Relations, Strategic Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Reporting and Activity Based Costing. He has in-depth experience across a broad range of industries, including telecom, broadcast, health & wellness and transportation, working with such companies as BCE, Bell Canada, Bell Nordiq Group, Miranda Technologies and VIA Rail. Mr. Ripplinger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University.
