Mr. Gattuso is a founding partner of the law firm Gattuso Bouchard Mazzone. He practices mainly in corporate law and commercial litigation in addition to his considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as construction law. Over the years, Mr. Gattuso has been involved with numerous community organizations and has promoted various causes that have benefited the Quebec and Italo-Canadian community. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University. In addition to being a member of the Quebec Bar Association, Mr. Gattuso is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants.
