Mr. Santella joined Imaflex in 2010 and oversees the Company’s finance, accounting and treasury activities. He began his career at Ernst & Young’s Assurance group, where he participated in various audit engagements. He then transferred to their Transaction Advisory Services group, where he partook in mergers & acquisitions, financing and restructuring engagements in various industries, including the plastics and packaging industry. Following this, Mr. Santella joined BCE’s Business Unit Controller’s group, before joining Imaflex as Corporate Controller. He has a bachelor in business administration and a graduate diploma in public accountancy. He is also a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec.
