Mr. Phelps is one of the original founders of Imaflex. He is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Company’s strategic operating initiatives, leading its research and development efforts and acting as strategic advisor to the president.
Mr. Phelps began his career at DuPont Canada, where he held increasingly senior positions over a 15-year period, working in such areas as Manufacturing, Product Development, Packaging & Export, Research & Development, and Sales. He subsequently created an extrusion consulting business, Polytechnomics Inc., offering a variety of services including equipment evaluation & design, procurement & installation, training on coextrusion processes, along with strategic advisory support. Mr. Phelps has a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
